Mukesh Ambani and younger brother Anil Ambani are reportedly collaborating with Rohit Shetty for his upcoming film Singham 3, starring Ajay Devgn.
Billionaire Mukesh Ambani and his firm Reliance Industries Limited has been making profit worth thousands of crores by collaborating with different companies, but this time he is joining hands with his younger brother Anil Ambani’s company for a joint venture – Ajay Devgn’s new movie Singham 3.
Bollywood director Rohit Shetty has been working on the blockbuster movie series Singham for a decade and is planning to release Singham 3 starring Ajay Devgn. For the production of the movie, both Anil Ambani and Mukesh Ambani’s companies have come forward.
According to a report by Times Now, Anil Ambani’s production company Reliance Entertainment has a stake in Rohit Shetty’s Singham 3. However, recent developments show that Jio Studios led by Mukesh Ambani has also come forward for the action-packed movie.
While specifics of the collaboration of Singham 3 team, Mukesh Ambani and Anil Ambani is not yet known, it is likely that after release, the film might feature on Jio Cinemas, which is the growing venture of the elder Ambani brother.
Rohit Shetty’s new film Singham 3 is expected to release on Independence Day in 2024, and the production of the movie is expected to be backed jointly by Mukesh Ambani and Anil Ambani.
Apart from Ajay Devgn, the Singham 3-star cast also includes Akshay Kumar, Ranveer Singh, Kareena Kapoor, Deepika Padukone, and Tiger Shroff. The exact details of the Mukesh Ambani-Anil Ambani collaboration will be revealed soon.
Mukesh Ambani’s Jio Studios has released several OTT and theatre movies, such as Varun Dhawan’s Bhediya, Vicky Kaushal’s Zara Hatke Zara Bachke, and Shahid Kapoor’s Bloody Daddy. The company currently has a valuation of over Rs 1.15 lakh crore.
Meanwhile, Anil Ambani’s Reliance Entertainment is currently in loss, and has failed to make any big production film in the last few years, ever since the younger Ambani brother declared bankruptcy.
