Born on July 18, 1950, Shahid Khan is the owner of Flex-N-Gate. The billionaire Pakistani businessmn is a sports tycoon too and he is the owner of Jacksonville Jaguars of the National Football League (NFL) and Fulham F.C. of the Premier League. Flex-N-Gate supplies motor vehicle components. Shahid Khan is also the co-owner of the American wrestling promotion All Elite Wrestling (AEW), along with his son, Tony Khan.

Shahid Khan was born in Lahore, Pakistan and he hails from a middle-class family. Shahid Khan studied at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Shahid Khan once said in an interview that he worked as a dishwasher while studying in the US.

Shahid Khan went to the US at the age of 16 and has graduated from the Grainger College of Engineering with a BSc in industrial engineering in 1971. In 1999, he was awarded the Mechanical Science and Engineering Distinguished Alumni Award.
