'Pray for me': Sanjay Dutt says to paparazzi as he heads to the hospital for his cancer treatment

Sanjay Dutt was snapped by the paparazzi as he was leaving his home and heading towards Kokilaben Hospital in Mumbai for the treatment of his lung cancer. The actor was joined by his wife Maanayata Dutt, sisters Namrata Dutt and Priya Dutt along with their families. Sanjay was seen thanking paparazzi while getting clicked and even told them, 'Prarthana Karo'. To which the photographers said they will and he replied, 'Perfect'. Sanjay then zoomed off in his car to the hospital.

The Sadak 2 actor was seen wearing a dark blue kurta and jeans. He covered himself with a black mask. While, on the other hand, Maanayata wore a pink Lucknowi kurti and a pink mask. He hugged his wife while heading towards his car. Maanayata touched down Mumbai a few days back from Dubai along with their kids. Due to which, she is home quarantining and it will be completed in the next few days.

Maanayata also issued a statement regarding Sanjay's health which read as "Sanju has been through many ups and downs in his life, but what has kept him going through every tough phase has always been your adulation and support. And for this, we will always be grateful. We are now being tested through yet another challenge, and I know, the same love and warmth will see him through this time as well. 

Sanjay was diagnosed with lung cancer a few days back. He was earlier admitted to Lilavati Hospital after complaining of breathlessness.
