President Donald Trump addressed Congress for the first time today.

President Donald Trump addressed Congress for the first time on Tuesday. He was open to immigration reform, shifting from his harsh rhetoric on illegal immigration in a speech that offered a more restrained tone than his election campaign and first month in the White House.
Trump, in a prime-time address to a country that remains divided over his leadership, emphasised his desire to focus on problems at home by boosting the US economy with tax reform, a $1 trillion infrastructure effort and an overhaul of President Barack Obama's signature healthcare law, known as Obamacare.
Though, he has taken social media by storm with his address, a video of him rehearsing fervently for his Congress address is something that you would have 'never seen before'.
An MSNBC anchor also remarked, "I have never seen this before. A President on the way to giving his, well, almost State of the Union and actually practising it on television."
This video was taken when Trump left from White House for the US Congress on Capitol Hill.
Twitteratis were quick to notice the video and commented on it.

I think it's rude for these @MSNBC hosts to make fun of the president for rehearsing his speech in his car. I don't like Trump but ...
