Masala Chowk recipe an instant hit among foodies

Giving thumbs up to chief minister Vasundhara Raje’s idea, JDA’s Masala Chowk in Ramniwas garden has become instant hit with food lovers. In less than a month, the food court, it has become favourite spot for people to hang out.

Since it was CM’s idea, JDC Vaibhav Galeria had taken supervision of the project in his hands to make her dream project successful.  

The CM has also contributed in making it popular by visiting thrice to satiate her taste buds. On all three occasions, she tasted different food items and appreciated it on social media. She also mentioned masala chowk in her budget speech.  

Now, people are flocking to this place. On weekends, it is tough to get a foothold there. It is almost impossible to get parking.

When she visited, the place first thing she did was to order shifting of toilets to some other place, which were near the entrance to the masala chowk.

The JDA has already begun work on this besides many more things are in the offing to make it a pleasurable visit for the people. The JDC is monitoring the progress every week. He has given responsibility to additional chief engineer V S Sunda who is working hard to improve facilities and infrastructure.
