“People who are crazy enough to change the world are the ones who do”.

There could be no one better than Yash Agarwal, Digital Marketing Expert from Kanpur- Uttar Pradesh to explain the formerly stated quote. His compassionate and generous efforts to help the poor and those in need are worth appreciation. The way Yash has been helping people since his early days of entrepreneurship is worth recognition.

He told that there was a time in his life when he inclined the needy people and help them, but could not do it because at that time neither he was financially independent nor he had such type of support from his followers. After gaining recognition and popularity by the name- ‘MeAgarwalYash’ he thought that now the time has come when he can do something for society.

While narrating an incident from the past, Yash told us that there was a slum near his school while returning from his school, he noticed that some NGO was taking an initiative to educate the poor children. He saw that the children were sitting on the ground and didn’t have proper stationery or books. Saddened by seeing children studying in such a miserable condition, Yash decided that he will also contribute to their education and take initiatives to improve their situation.

To make sure the students get motivated to attend the classes run by the NGO and there be proper facilities for the poor kids to study, Yash arranged and provided them chairs to sit, Wollen clothes for winters. He also took the responsibility of providing books and stationery for them. In the beginning, there were hardly 3-4 students studying, then the number of students rose to 10 and slowly and gradually it kept on increasing. Today, more than 100 students attending school. Due to the increased facilities in the school, more and more number of students have started turning up for the class.

Yash is also credited for starting an NGO named-‘Khwahish’ - “Sabki Khwahish Hogi Poori” meaning –Fulfilling Everyone's Desires, under the banner of KYE Global Community which was earlier known as Kanpur Young Entrepreneurs. Through this NGO Yash focused on fulfilling people’s desires especially the kids. He not only focused on their education but also cared for them, had sympathy towards them. He made all the efforts he could to bring a smile to their face and make them happy.

He organizes Christmas parties for the poor kids, makes arrangements for cake, food, and all other stuff that the kids just love. He has also organized Toy Drives for children in which toys and gifts were distributed to them on various occasions.

Yash leaves no opportunity of helping the ones in need and supports them. He believes that caring for the needy and poor people, helping and donating for them is the best way to show gratitude towards God for gifting him whatever he has in life.
