The Union Public Service Commission or UPSC has declared the result for UPSC Mains Result 2019 on its official website upsc.gov.in. 

The examination was held between September 20 to September 29, 2019. The exam was divided into seven papers and will be conducted in two slots:

All the selected candidates will now be called for the interview process. Selected candidates will be working for the Indian Administrative Service  Indian Foreign Service, Indian Police Service and other Central Services (Group 'A' and Group 'B'). 

In total, 11,845 candidates were shortlisted to appear for the UPSC Civil Services (Main) 2019 examination.

According to the notification, the interview/personality test process will be conducted in the month of February which will be held in the Office of the Union Public Service Commission in Delhi.

As per the notification released, the Letters of Personality Tests (Interviews) of the candidates will be made available from 27th January 2020. 

Steps to check the UPSC Main Result 2019

1. Log in to the official website of upsc.gov.in

2. Click on the link that says "Written Result: Civil Services (Main) Examination, 2019" present on the right side of the homepage

3. It will redirect you to a PDF containing the roll numbers of selected candidates.

4. Check carefully and take a print out for future references.
