Indian Navy Recruitment 2021: Vacancies for Sailor posts, apply at joinindiannavy.gov.in

Indian Navy is inviting applications for 33 Sailors Matric Recruit (Musician) for Oct 2021 batch. Interested candidates can apply through the official website of the Indian Navy, joinindiannavy.gov.in. “Online applications are invited from unmarried male candidates who fulfill the conditions regarding the nationality as laid down by the Government of India for musician sailors in the Oct 2021 batch for a total of 33 vacancies, approximately 300 candidates will be called for a Music screening test,” official notification reads.

The registration process for Indian Navy recruitment will begin on August 2 and will end on August 6, 2021.

Indian Navy Recruitment 2021 Eligibility Criteria:              

Candidate must have passed 10th (Matriculation) Examination from the Boards of School Education recognised by MHRD, Govt. of India. Candidates performing Hindustani or Carnatic Classical music on Wind Instruments will require a musical experience certificate from any recognized musical Institute or organization of repute.

Age Limit: Born between Apr 01, 2001 to Sep 30, 2004 (Both dates inclusive).

Indian Navy Recruitment 2021 Physical Eligibility for

Height: 157 CM

Physical Fitness Test (PFT): 1.6 Km run to be completed in 7 minutes, 20 squat ups (Uthak Baithak) and 10 Push-ups

Indian Navy Recruitment 2021 Selection Process: Selection is based on the order of merit on their performance in the Music Screening Board and subject to clearing PFT at Kunjali and Enrolment Medicals examination at Chilka. Due to COVID–19 Pandemic, an exception is being made in the public interest wherein approximately 300 candidates will be called up for Music Test and PFT.
