IPL Auction 2021: MS Dhoni-led Chennai Super Kings buys England star Moeen Ali for Rs 7 crore

Former India skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni-led Chennai Super Kings bought England all-rounder Moeen Ali for Rs 6 crore in IPL auction 2021 on Thursday (February 18). in 2020, Ali represented Royal Challengers Bangalore in the IPL and had performed well. 

Australian star all-rounder Glenn Maxwell was bought by Indian Premier League (IPl) franchise Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) for Rs 14.25 in IPL auction 2021. In 2020, Maxwell played for Kings XI Punjab but he failed to live upto his reputation. Meanwhile, Maxwell's Aussie teammate Aaron Finch and England players Jason Roy and Alex Hales have gone unsold.
