Sky Force will release in cinemas exactly a year later on Gandhi Jayanti, i.e. October 2, 2024. The film reportedly stars Veer Pahariya's ex-girfriend Sara Ali Khan as the leading lady.
On the occasion of the Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi's and ex-Prime Minister Lal Bahadur Shastri's birth anniversaries on Monday, October 2, Akshay Kumar officially announced his next film Sky Force as he shared the release date announcement video of the film on his social media handles.

Sky Force will also mark the debut of Veer Pahariaya, whose matrernal grandfather is the famous Indian politician Sushilkumar Shinde. Shinde served as the Minister of Home Affairs and Leader of the House in Lok Sabha in the last decade and was also the former Chief Minister of Maharashtra in the early 2000s.
But the real claim to fame for Veer Pahariya is the fact that he dated Sara Ali Khan and his brother Shikhar Pahariya dated Janhvi Kapoor. It has been reported that Sara Ali Khan is the leading lady in Sky Force, along with Nimrat Kaur. However, their names are not present in the announcement video shared today by the makers.
Set to release on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti next year, i.e. October 2, 2024, Sky Force is directed by Sandeep Kewlani & Abhishek Kapur and produced by Dinesh Vijan and Jyoti Deshpande under their production banners Maddok Films and Jio Studios, respecively.
