Shah Rukh Khan’s wife, Gauri Khan shared a video of her mother dancing to the tunes of Boney M’s song ‘Daddy Cool’ to wish her on her birthday.
Shah Rukh Khan’s wife and interior designer Gauri Khan celebrated her mother’s birthday on Wednesday (September 8). Gauri took to her Twitter handle and shared a video of her mother dancing to the tunes of Boney M’s song ‘Daddy Cool’. Dressed in red kurta-pants, Gauri’s ‘mommy cool’ grooved with energy and ardour.
“There’s no one who can match your steps … Happy Birthday Mom ..,” Gauri had tweeted. SRK, who is known for his sense of humour and witty one-liners, re-shared the video and expressed his desire to learn dancing from his mother-in-law. “Hmmm need to take dancing lessons from mom in law,” Shah Rukh wrote in his tweet. The video has gone viral on Twitter and has been viewed 19.5 lakh times.

While many complimented SRK’s mom-in-law’s enthusiasm, several fans requested him to make an announcement for a new film. “Take some announcement lessons from someone. ... 5 saal hogaye bhai..” wrote a fan while another commented, "@iamsrk when’s ur next movie coming out bro.”
Shah Rukh Khan and Gaur Khan tied the knot on October 25, 1991. The couple is blessed with three children - daughter Suhana and sons, Aryan and AbRam.
Meanwhile, on the work front, SRK was last in Aanand L Rai’s ‘Zero’ in 2018. His fans have been waiting a long time to see their favourite actor return to action, and it appears that the wait will soon be over. SRK recently began filming for director Atlee’s forthcoming pan-India film. A few photos of SRK and Nayanthara filming a metro hijacking scene in Pune went viral on social media last week.
SRK will also be seen in ‘Pathan’ opposite Deepika Padukone.
