Ayushmann Khurrana is back and he is a brave and probably the ultimate lover who has important questions waiting to be answered with the new song from his upcoming film 'Shubh Mangal Zyaada Saavdhan's new song 'Arey Pyaar Kar Le'. The song is Bappi Lahiri's recreation. The song had originally featured in the 1985 released movie 'Saaheb' featuring Anil Kapoor and Amrita Singh in the lead roles.

The song commences with Ayushmann questioning the Indian culture. He points out that the nursery rhyme has Jack and Jill, and rather questions why can Johnny not go up there with Jack? He then introduces the song as a 'unisex song', thus asking for all of your attention already.

Still in the discotheque theme, Ayushmann questions, 'Meri marzi mera dil, jisko doon tujhko kya?' His fearless nature is visible in the next phrase, 'Duniya wale kuch bhi bole, kehne do mujhko kya? Main khullam khulla aaj yeh izhaar karta hoon. Main aadmi hoon aadmi se pyaar karta hoon.' He almost kisses his co-star Jitendra Kumar the next moment, sealing their love.

Then comes the ever-loved song 'Yaar Bina Chain Kahan Re,' which has a refreshed touch this time. Ayushmann and Jitendra burn the dance floor with their disco moves. They then go on to recreate the ultimate Bollywood friends Jai-Veeru (played by Amitabh Bachchan and Dharmendra) from 'Sholay'.

There is one point in the song which is confusing and could be deemed offensive. The same happens when Ayushmann and Jitendra share an apple. Was there any hidden message behind the action of eating and sharing an apple, is something the makers should clear.

Ayushmann and Jitendra turn superheroes and are bid in a war against Gajraj Rao. Ayushmann and Jitendra next wear sparkly t-shirts, probably in an attempt to quash all stereotypes regarding men and their clothing. If this again was a dig at gay men, then it was a low move.

Anyhow, Ayushmann, who had hinted about war, goes on and says it out loud 'Pyaar na rukega chahe war kar le' to Gajraj Rao, thus giving us the ultimate lover goals. He stands strong with his love Jitendra right behind him on one side, whereas Gajraj, Neena Gupta and others stand opposite them. Ayushmann does the best thing thereafter - he touches Gajraj's feet for blessings and gets 'Ayushmann Bhava' in return.

Finally, Bappi Lahiri, who co-sings 'Arey Pyaar Kar Le' with Ayushmann, is introduced to the 'Shubh Mangal Zyaada Saavdhan' song's video. The song appears to be a climax song which has the background of 'Zyaada Love' too. Thereafter, there are numerous family reunions.
