Housefull 4: Akshay Kumar and Kriti Sanon to shoot Baahubali spoof in Jaisalmer palace

After wrapping the first outdoor of 'Housefull 4' in London and another short spell with Akshay Kumar in Ranthambore last week, the film’s team begins their third schedule in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan. We hear the period portions will be shot with the entire cast. Apart from Akki, Kriti Sanon, Riteish Deshmukh, Bobby Deol, Pooja Hegde and Kriti Kharbanda have already started camping in the golden city. “The film’s makers feel that the Jaisalmer setting completely lends itself to the track of the principal characters in their earlier lifetime,” says our source, adding, “The past life portion will have a series of funny war scenes and is being designed as a comedy version of Baahubali.” 

Interestingly, when we had spoken to Kriti Sanon a while ago, she had said, “I’m extremely excited for the next schedule because it will have all of us in different avatars and we have never seen a funny war film before. That’s also what makes the concept so interesting. Moreover, we are all staying and shooting in the same palace.”
