Watch: Woman's terrifying encounter with spiders in daughter's room will send chills down your spine

In an eerie encounter, a woman in Sydney walked into her daughter's room to find it full of spiders. Petie R, a Twitter user and the woman's friend, posted pictures and a video of the same.

In her post on Twitter, Petie described her friend's ordeal as she found hundreds of black spiders on the wall in her daughter's room.

Petie's posts have gone viral on social media and it is sending chills down the spine.

Best method I have found - vacuum cleaner, wand only with head off. They spread out and will start to drop on filaments so get to it quick. Once vacuumed leave cleaner on and spray some fly spray in. Wait 30 seconds, turn cleaner off. Check again - they tend to come in waves.

"I've never seen that before. Huntsmans tend to be solitary creatures. I don't mind spiders but that's too much," a user said.

"This happened to me one night, hundreds of them, so I sprayed the whole area with Mortein and they all died. Went to bed. The next morning, all the bodies disappeared," another user added.
