Akhil Katyal, on Monday, took the internet by storm as he shared a poem dedicated to Bollywood icon Shah Rukh Khan, paying an ode to all the characters that he has played in the films till now. Akhil's poem came at a time when Twitter and Instagram users were busy trolling the superstar after his son Aryan Khan's arrest in a drugs case.
Not only did fans appreciate Akhil's positive and powerful take on Shah Rukh, but celebrities like 'Masaan' director Neeraj Ghaywan, screenwriter Kanika Dhillon, and actor Swara Bhasker also praised and reshared the poem on Twitter.
Akhil's viral poem read as, "Wo kabhi Rahul hai, kabhi Raj Kabhi Charlie toh kabhi Max Surinder bhi wo, Harry bhi wo Devdas bhi our Veer bhi Ram, Mohan, Kabir bhi Wo Amar hai, Samar hai Rizwan, Raees, Jehangir bhi. Shayad isliye kuch logon ke halak mein fasta hai, Ki ek Shahrukh mein pura Hindustan basta hai."
The poem in English translates to, "He is sometimes Rahul, sometimes Charlie, sometimes Max; he is also Surinder, Harry, Devdas, Veer, Ram, Mohan, and Kabir. He is Amar, Rizwan as well as Raees and Jehangir. Maybe that’s why he bothers some people; all of India resides within him."

Meanwhile, in a major setback for Shah Rukh's son Aryan, a Mumbai court on Friday had rejected his bail plea, and of two others who were among the 8 arrested.
Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate R.M. Nerlikar had rejected the bail applications of Aryan, Arbaaz Merchant, and Munmun Dhamecha, on grounds of "maintainability", upholding the contentions of the legal team of the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB).
Aryan Khan's next bail hearing is on Wednesday (October 13).
