KBC 15: Jaskaran Singh fails to answer this Rs 7 crore question in Amitabh Bachchan's show, can you?

Jaskaran Singh created history on Tuesday, September 5, i.e., on the occasion of Teacher's Day. The quiz-based show Kaun Banega Crorepati 15 hosted by Amitabh Bachchan got its first crorepati in Jaskaran Singh.

Coming from a small town, Jaskaran Singh has been successful in registering a record by becoming the first crorepati of the season. Just 23 years old Jaskaran Singh has become an inspiration for the youth of the country. 

The question that Jaskaran Singh won Rs 1 crore by answering was; 

Who was the Viceroy of India when the capital of India was shifted from Calcutta to Delhi? There were four options in this question - Lord Curzon, Lord Hardinge, Lord Minto, and Lord Reading. 

Jaskaran used a double-dip lifeline for this. He then chose Lord Hardinge which was the correct answer which won him Rs 1 crore. 

Jaskaran Singh was asked the Rs 7 crore question which was;

According to the Padma Purana which king was the one who spent 100 years as a Tiger after he was cursed by a deer? 

Its options were Shemadhurti, Dharmadatta, Mitadhyahiya, and Prabhanjana. 

Jaskaran Singh chose option C, but the correct answer to it is option D - Prabhanjana.

However, Jaskaran missed the correct answer to this question and went home with Rs 1 crore.
