Nothing smartwatch expected to make debut on September 26, two weeks after new Apple Watch launch

Nothing smartwatch, earbuds and charger has been spotted on the Bureau of Indian Standards certification website, hinting at imminent launch in the country.

Nothing CEO Carl Pei confirmed the launch of a smartwatch along with a new pair of earbuds this month when he introduced a new sub-brand called ‘CMF by Nothing’. Now a report by GSM Arena suggests that CMF by Nothing will likely launch three of its products on September 26. According to the report, new Nothing smartwatch, earbuds and charger has been spotted on the Bureau of Indian Standards certification website, hinting at imminent launch in the country. The first smartwatch from the UK based tech firm is rumored to be priced at Rs 4,500.

If leaked images are to be believed, the Nothing watch comes with an aluminum alloy case along with water and dust resistant (IP68) design. At the front, it is expected to come with a 1.96-inch AMOLED screen with  600 nits of peak brightness, 50Hz refresh rate, 100 watch faces,110 sports modes and Always-on Display feature.

In terms of health features, CMF by Nothing smartwatch gets a heart rate monitor, blood oxygen sensor, sleep tracking, stress monitor and more. It is said to be backed by a 330 mAh battery that can last for around 13 days.

When it comes to earbuds, they are believed to be much more affordable than other products of the company at Rs 3500. Nothing’s rival Apple is also gearing up for the mega launch event that will take place on September 12. Along with the Apple iPhone 15 series, the company will also launch its next-gen smartwatch.
