Champions League quarter-final draw: Teams, fixtures, match dates, details

The UEFA Champions League draw for the quarter-final and semi-final took place on Friday (July 10).

While the winner between Manchester City and Real Madrid will lock horns against Italian champions Juventus or Lyon.

City currently holds a 2-1 lead over the Los Blancos from the first leg and will be hoping to secure their spot in the quarter-final. The two sides will meet again at the Etihad Stadium to conclude that tie on August 7.

Meanwhile, the winners of the Chelsea vs Bayern Munch tie -- who will be facing an uphill battle to reach the last eight after losing 3-0 at home -- will be taking on either Barcelona or Napoli.

Elsewhere, Atletico Madrid will be taking on RB Leipzig in an exciting clash.

French league champions Paris Saint-Germain are set to face Atalanta, who have been a surprise package in this year's UCL.

All the quarter-final matches of the Champions League will take place from August 12 to August 15.

After the round of 8 is done, the winners of the tie between RB Leipzig or Atletico Madrid will lock horns with Atalanta or PSG in the other semi-final, the winner of which will determine who the 'home' team will be for the final at the empty Estadio da Luz on August 23.

Apart from Chelsea and Man City, the second legs of Juventus vs Lyon (0-1 on aggregate) and Barcelona vs Napoli (1-1 on aggregate) still need to be played.

Due to the coronavirus outbreak across the world, the competition's completion will happen over 12 days in Portugal with all ties behind closed doors.
