We were going to shift next week

Parasbhai Ajmera, who lost his wife and daughter in the tragic building collapse incident, was about to shift with his family to their new house in Kharghar within a week.

At the time of the incident, Ajmera along with his daughter Nirali and wife Divya were at home while his son Siddharth had gone to work.

Just a few minutes before the building could come crashing down, Parasbhai was discussing the furniture for his new house with carpenter Mansukhlal Gajjar, who also died in the collapse. While the rescue team found the body of his wife, his daughter’s body was not recovered until Tuesday night.
