A day after underworld don Ravi Pujari threatened Nusli Wadia, Preity Zinta has ruled out selling her stake in Kings XI Punjab. Earlier, Preity filed a complaint against Ness accusing him of molestation, threats and abuse. The Wadia Group had also alleged yesterday that they were receiving threats from the underworld warning them not to harass Zinta.

Actress Priety Zinta who has been in the news recently for the molestation charges she filed against businessman and former beau Ness Wadia, finally came out in the media and put to rest the various conjectures which were drawn up on the entire issue.

Bollywood diva and the co-owner of the IPL team, Kings XI Punjab, Preity Zinta has ruled out selling her stake in IPL fanchise. The 39-year-old actress also rubbished reports that she was planning to settle in the US. The award-winning actress took help of the micro blogging site Twitter where she cleared the air of speculations. Ness Wadia insists they 'false and baseless'
Mumbai Police today said they will collect CCTV footage and other "evidence" on allegations of molestation and abuse levelled by Bollywood actress Preity Zinta against her former boyfriend and businessman Ness Wadia, who termed the charges as "false and baseless". The 39-year-old actress, who jointly owns Kings XI Punjab IPL cricket team with Wadia, has filed a police complaint on Thursday night at Marine Drive Police station against him alleging that he molested, abused and threatened her inside Wankhede stadium in south Mumbai on May 30. Read more

Preity Zinta-Ness Wadia backstory:
In 2009, a tabloid news of Ness slapping Preity in a party was spread widely followed by much speculated news of their split which was not confirmed by either of them. Later, in an interview, Preity spoke about her breakup and said that she was still friends with Ness.

Recently, during a match on May 30, 2014 Preity and Ness fought for the front row seats of the match at the Garware Pavilion in Wankhede stadium where Preity was seated in the front row with David Miller's family. Ness entered the pavillion during the match, where Kings XI Punjab defeated Chennai Super Kings (CSK) with his family and insisted that the seats be given to him. This turned into an ugly argument and Preity and Ness lost their cool and exchanged insults on their way out of the stadium. Sources revealed that the dimpled lass even approached the IPL chairman but no official complaint was ever lodged.

On June 13, 2014 Preity filed a complaint against Ness accusing him of molestation, threats and abuse. She stated that since their split, they only spoke for professional reasons and during the heated arguments regarding the team, Ness got abusive and insulted Preity in front of her team members and colleagues. Preity further added that she was surprised that no one stood by her. She even mentioned that Ness threatened to make her disappear by using his powerful political connections. Read more
