Shweta Sharda won the title of Miss Diva Universe 2023 at the Miss Diva pageant held in Mumbai on Sunday. The diva was crowned by Miss Diva Universe 2022 Divita Rai.

Meanwhile, Sonal Kukreja has been titled Miss Diva Supranational 2023, and Karnataka's Trisha Shetty secured the Miss Diva 2023 runner-up title. Sonal studied marketing and public relations in Pennsylvania State University, USA. She is also the founder of Unicas, a start-up that uses cutting-edge crypto financial services to transform India's financial landscape.

At the beauty pageant's grand finale, Shweta radiated beauty in a shimmering thigh-slit gown by Nikita Mhaisalkar. As Divita Rai crowned the diva, the diva broke down in tears. Shweta will now represent India at the 72nd Miss Universe pageant in El Salvador in November later in the year.

Shweta Sharda hails from Chandigarh. She moved to Mumbai at the age of 16. The 22-year-old diva has appeared on a number of reality shows, including Dance Deewane, Dance+, and DID. She participated in Jhalak Dikhlaja as a choreographer as well. 

As per Femina's report, Shweta completed her Bachelor’s degree from Indira Gandhi National Open University. Shweta is quite a sensation on social media with over 4 lakh followers on Instagram. When Shweta was asked about the most influential person in her life during the question and answer round of the Miss Diva Universe 2023 pageant, she named her mother. 

Miss Diva Universe 2023 is the 11th edition of the pageant. The winner who has been crowned this year will be representing India in the Miss Universe.
