According to police, in her statement Vishnuba has said the incident took place after she had a quarrel with her mother-in-law Krishnaba over some petty issue.

A woman has sustained severe burn injuries after she was allegedly burnt alive by her husband and in-laws over a petty issue in Punitnagar area of Jamnagar today, police said.
The woman Vishnuba Vadher, 25, was shifted to government hospital where her condition was said to be stable, they said.
According to police, in her statement Vishnuba has said the incident took place after she had a quarrel with her mother-in-law Krishnaba over some petty issue.
Vishnuba told police that her sister-in-law Jasuba Chudasama and her husband Jayrajsinh, along with Krishnaba held her while her husband Praveen poured kerosene on her body and set her on fire.
Based on the statement of the woman a case of attempt to murder has been registered against Praveen, Krishnaban, Jyarajsinh and Jasuba and further investigation was on in the matter, police said.
Vishnuba has two daughters one aged five and three years old, they added.
