UPTET 2018: Online registration begins tomorrow at upbeb.org

The  Uttar Pradesh Teacher’s Eligibility Test (UPTET 2018) application form will be available from tomorrow at the official website upbeb.org. The last date to apply online for UPTET 2018 is October 2, 2018. All the process on the official website upbeb.org, will be conducted by the Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board (UPBEB). 

To fill application form for UPTET 2018, perform 4 major steps – online registration, payment of fees, uploading documents and downloading confirmation page. 

UPTET 2018 is scheduled for October 28, 2018. 

In January, the Allahabad High court rejected hundreds of petitions by candidates of UPTET 2017 to evaluate their answer sheets due to wrongly filled OMR sheet. However, the court rejected the petition stating that there were clear instructions in the examination booklet asking candidates to correctly fill up the OMR sheets.

The UPTET exam is scheduled to take place in two sessions on 28 October, with the morning session (10 am to 12.30 pm) reserved for the candidates appearing for the 'Primary' level exam, and the afternoon session (2.30 pm to 5 pm) reserved for the 'Upper Primary' level exam.

It is expected that the result of the UPTET exam will be announced on 20 November. The answer key for the exam will be uploaded on the official website on 29 October, 2018 just a day after the exam.
