Minor girl allegedly raped in Pukazi, Muzaffarnagar

A 15-year-old girl was allegedly raped by a youth in her home on Monday the August 25 in Purkazi in the Muzaffarnagar district, said police.

The victim's father lodged a complaint with the police against the accused named Ikram.

A case against the accused, who has fled the district has been registered by the police.

In another incident, the very same day, another teenage girl was harassed when she was shopping at Goela village also in the Muzaffarnagar district.

A case has been registered in connection with the former.
