AAP threatens to move court in horse-trading case if investigations are not carried out properly

The Aam Aadmi Party on Wednesday threatened to move court if the case related to alleged horse-trading of an AAP legislator in which then BJP Vice President Sher Singh Dagar was involved, is not investigated properly.

In September this year, AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal claimed at a press conference that its then MLA from Sangam Vihar, Dinesh Mohania, was offered Rs 4 crore by Delhi BJP Vice President Sher Singh Dagar to quit the party.

"We think, the case is not going anywhere. Our then legislator Dinesh Mohania has been questioned several times, but there has been little progress when it comes to arrest of Sher Singh Dagar.

"We have given the proof to the police. Our party wants the case to be investigated properly or else we have to approach the court," AAP's Delhi convenor Ashutosh said. Embarrassed by the sting expose, BJP had slapped a show cause notice on Dagar.
