Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt’s 'Shuddhi' plot leaked!

Reincarnation or punar janam is perhaps the only Bollywood formula which has seen more hits than flops to its credit. So it is not surprising that filmmakers feel obliged to take it up often and transform it into a blockbuster. It seems Shuddhi will soon join this bandwagon. Yes, you read right. This controversial film apparently has a classic Karz meets Kudrat plot!

Now with Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt in it, there’s bound to be some romance thrown in. So you might get to watch them fall in love again and again in the film which definitely is great news. But that won’t be all. Both Karz and Kudrat had revenge as the central plot. While Monty Rishi Kapoor in Karz avenges his own death, Rajesh Khanna nabs the murderer of his girlfriend from the previous birth. So be prepared for some khoon kharaba as well.

A reincarnation love story has hardly missed the bull’s eye. Be it Karz or Mehbooba or Karan Arjun, they have always managed to whet our appetite. There is something really entertaining about actors dying and getting resurrected for love. It instils a faith in us that love is forever.

Well, we definitely are excited about Shuddhi a little more now. Salman Khan’s walk out did dampen our spirits but now, there is a renewed interest to watch it!
