Sarah Jessica Parker teases third sequel to 'Sex and the City'

Actress Sarah Jessica Parker has teased fans that another film in the "Sex and the City" franchise may be made, after shutting down rumours for years.

In an interview with Jane Pauley on CBS, the 51-year-old actress said although there are no recent plans of making the third part of "SATC" but the idea is not completely off the table, reported Cosmopolitan.

"I will say that the idea, it rests in the butler's pantry. It's not on the table, but somebody is holding it fairly nearby," said Parker.

Last year in May, the actress who plays Carrie Bradshaw in the series, had confirmed there were "no plans" for a third film.
