Ellis Hollins says he wants the character of Brenden Brady to make a shocking return to the TV soap "Hollyoaks".

The 17-year-old actor, who is famous for the portrayal of Tom Cunningham in the British Channel 4 soap opera, says people are still pining for actor Emmett Scanlan to resurface in the show, reported Elle magazine.

"It's got to be Brendan Brady, hasn't it? Over the last 22 years in 'Hollyoaks', he's been one of the most iconic characters, especially with the new generation.

"Even now, people are still begging for him to come back, because Emmett Scanlan was such a great actor. He made that role his own and no one could have done it better than him," says Hollins.
