This simple beverage is a favourite among several TV actors. While a few of them love waking up to the smell of coffee, others are addicted to the caffeine for the kick it gives them. There are some who drink just for the taste of it, while for some the brew serves as a means to have an intimate conversation. Whatever the reason, they are unanimous about the fact that a lot can happen over a cup of coffee!

I am kind of obsessed with coffee. Whenever my wife Teejay and I have free time we head to a coffee shop. I love the cinnamon flavoured coffee that you get abroad in Starbucks. I also like black coffee with a little bit of milk. When I am on the sets I have a different concoction - a spoon of sugar, coffee powder and milk. After adding hot water to the mix I beat it so that it becomes frothy. It's like homemade cappuccino. I drink at least three mugs of coffee through the day!

I started drinking coffee when I heard Shah Rukh Khan consumes a lot of it. When I drink it I feel like a superhero. The first thing I have in the morning is a cup of coffee, it wakes me up. On the sets a cuppa inspires me - shooting for a TV show is tough. I have strong espresso coffee: black coffee without sugar. When I am socialising I prefer liqueur flavoured coffee.

Coffee does everything for me. It gives me a kick just before a work out, a shoot, etc. I love waking up to the smell of coffee. During my childhood I used to have cold coffee, but now I have only freshly brewed black coffee. So much so, that I have a coffee machine that travels with me. I also add cinnamon powder to my cup of coffee as it not only tastes fresh but also reduces the acidic content.

I started drinking coffee since the last four years and now prefer it over tea as it energises me. I especially love cold black coffee. This is something that I tried on my own. I take a coffee shot, ice and water and blend it in a mixer. This makes it frothy. I showed how to make this concoction to the guys in Costa Coffee and now I have it from there.

I absolutely love coffee. I begin my day with it. When I am on the sets I have a cuppa in the evening as it peps me up. It's an energy booster. My coffee is black with a dash of milk. I have my last cup after dinner where I go out with school friends for an intimate conversation over coffee. We reminisce about holidays, moments with our children - it's nostalgic and emotional. So coffee does a lot for me.

Coffee is my life and blood! I know that three-four cops are more than enough in a day but I end up having around seven mugs of coffee! It keeps me awake and revives me. Shooting for a TV show is nothing short of an adventure. At times the telecast day is near and the episode is yet to be shot, so you end up shooting day and night. I need strong black coffee with little milk to recharge me. I am very particular about the concoction. In fact, I have a person with me who knows exactly how I want my coffee and makes it according to the specifications.

I cannot begin my day without a cup of coffee. It wakes me up instantly. I love having deep long conversations over a cuppa. I also like to have coffee before going for a run! I usually drink twice a day but happen to make an exception in Bangalore as that city serves the best coffee.
Karan Patel
I am addicted to chilled cold coffee. It's the best thing for me to unwind. I have tried various kinds of cold coffee wherever I have travelled. Eight mugs of coffee are a must for me in a day. It's also my usual welcome drink for my buddies whenever they come to my place.

I really like coffee, especially cold coffee. I got introduced to it six years ago when I had gone to London for my exams. There you get a muffin with cold coffee which they call ice espresso. The combination is just magic. Since then I have got hooked on to it. These days I am not allowed to have it as I follow a diet, but when I don't, I have two-three large cups of coffee.

My love for coffee started with having cold coffee in summers as a kid. But now I only have black coffee. It gives an instant kick. I drink Dolce Gusta or Kenyan Blue Mountain for which I get capsules from Austria that I can use in my coffee machine. This is a special roasted blend not available everywhere. It has a strong aroma and flavour that comes from the peculiar soil it is grown in. I have been drinking coffee since I was 16 years old and it's become a part of my everyday life now.
Divyanka Tripathi
I totally love coffee, especially the one made with mild Arabic flavours. I take very less milk and sugar to keep the taste intact. I also like South Indian style filter coffee. Not only does it wake me up, it gives me a kick to work for more hours.
