CBSE 2021 board exams: check latest updates on admit cards, syllabus, dates, other details

CBSE has said the board examinations of 2021 will be conducted in the conventional written mode, adding there was no proposal to conduct exams online.

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is yet to announce the dates for CBSE Class 10, 12 board exams. Students in India are eagerly waiting for the offical announcement.

Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank will hold a live interaction with students on December 10 where he will address the students' concerns over the above-mentioned matter. He would go live on Twitter and Facebook to answer the queries of concerned teachers and students.

Meanwhile, the CBSE has said the board examinations of 2021 will be conducted in the conventional written mode, adding there was no proposal to conduct the exams online, news agency IANS reported.

"The board examinations of 2021 will be in the regular written manner and not online," the CBSE stated.

The dates of examination, however, have not been decided yet, officials said.

The sources have revealed that CBSE will release the admit card 2021 for CBSE Class 10, 12 board exams in January 2021 on its official website- cbse.nic.in.

Here are the steps to download the CBSE 2021 admit card for class 10 and class 12:

Step 1. Visit the official website-cbse.nic.in.

Step 2. Click on the In Focus” section.

Step 3. Click on the link “Admit Card 2021”.

Step 4. Enter the necessary credentials.

Step 5. Click on submit.

Step 6. The admit card will appear on the screen.

Step 7. Download and take a printout of the admit card.

The CBSE has released a new question paper design and the evaluation scheme for the class 10 board exam.

It reveals the step-wise marking scheme which will be used by evaluators to check the answer sheets of candidates. The marking scheme also shows the correct way to answer questions by key concepts and keywords.

They will get to know the format of questions that will be followed in the CBSE Class 10 Board Exam with no or minor change. The marking scheme released by CBSE also helps the student in knowing the answer writing skills. 

All the students who are preparing to appear in the upcoming CBSE Class 10 Board Exam should analyse the CBSE marking scheme of each sample paper in order to understand how to write their answers in best way to obtain maximum marks.

Earlier, the CBSE had said that application-based questions will be introduced by the Board in 2021 class 12 board exams.
