The clash between India and South Africa at the JSCA International Stadium Complex in Ranchi sure was an entertainer. From Rohit Sharma's double ton to Ravindra Jadeja's half-century celebration - there were a lot of things that got cricket fans excited.

However, what surprised ad shocked people at the same time was Umesh Yadav. The tailender came in after India had lost its Jadeja. 

While he and Ravindran Ashwin were on the crease, Umesh smashed five sixes to score a 10-ball 31 runs after coming at no. 10.

The right-handed batsman went after debutant South Africa spinner George Linde, as he helped India reach closer to the goal in the first innings. 

Umesh kept on hammering sixes and Indian skipper Virat Kohli was seen laughing in the dressing room and applauding. Apart from Kohli, the entire dressing room was also seen enjoying the show. In fact, after he got dismissed, the bowler was given applause.

India were tottering at 39 for three on Saturday when the Mumbai duo combined. By the time Rahane fell for 115 in the morning session, their fourth-wicket stand had produced 267 runs to turn their first innings around in Ranchi.

After reaching 497, India declared on day two of the third and final Test. South Africa will have to produce an exceptional batting performance to get back into the contest after they lost both their openers. 

Skipper Faf du Plessis and Zubayr Hamza are on the crease but had to leave due to bad light and rain. They will continue batting on Day 3.
