Yash Brahmbhatt, a leading entrepreneur hailing from Gujarat, founder, and CEO of Shilp Group who is on a mission to change the face of Gujarat real estate has envisioned and successfully led to the completion of several real estate projects under his leadership. Starting his journey from the year 2004, he has designed and planned unbelievable projects (both housing and commercial) and offered comfort and luxury to all his customers.
One such unbelievable project that Yash Brahmbhatt envisaged in his career was pioneering the construction of Sindhu Bhavan Road (currently known as SBR). It was a vacant land mass with zero chances of utility, no street lights nor any proper infrastructure to sustain when Yash developed an unrealistic idea of making a business out of it. It seemed impossible back then, however, Yash was sure in his head with not only an idea but the right way of implementation as well. Thus, in the year 2008, Yash and his team led to the construction of their first building, SBR-Shilp 3. Soon after that they constructed Shilp Elanza premium bungalows in 2014 and after that went on a spree for creating commercial buildings with Shilp Aaron in 2015, Shilp Asian Square in 2016, Shilp Arista in 2018 followed by Shilp Epitome and Shilp Satved in 2019. It was a giant success then and it continues to be one as Yash Brahmbhatt plans on designing more such projects there.
Several other entrepreneurs and builders have followed suit by constructing their buildings on SBR but Yash was officially the first entrepreneur to design a project there. What caught Yash’s mind then was the wonderful connectivity the road provided. The center of SG Highway and connecting more than 5 areas including Ambli, Bopal, Thaltej, SP Ring Road, Bodakdev, and Makarba. It was extremely challenging and not easy to design a construction there, but Yash's farsightedness, vision, and strategies make him one of the most successful entrepreneurs and the formidable pioneer of Sindhu Bhavan Road!
