The co-founder, Managing Director, and content manager of the Pune-based digital marketing agency Arc Digitech, Samrat Biswajit talked about his early experiences and motivations in a recent interview. Samrat Biswajit is and expert in digital marketing, PR consultancy and search engine optimization services. His company, Arc Digitech is a leading digital marketing agency working with hundreds of brands from India as well as across the globe.

 

Interviewer: Mr. Biswajit, when you stepped into the world of digital marketing, it wasn’t a very developed and encouraged platform. What were your thoughts about it’s condition back then?

Samrat Biswajit: In 2013, when I started Arc Digitech, I was just a fresher. But even I could recognize that there was a lack of creative and talented digital marketing agencies that were independent. I remember myself thinking that no person should have to spend extra time or money while searching for quality services. And I had decided that I would make it easier for the clients to get quality services.

Interviewer: Back in 2013, digital marketing was not considered a reliable career choice. Many people didn’t even know anything about it. So Mr. Biswajit, why did you opt for this path? What were your motivations behind starting Arc Digitech?

Samrat Biswajit: Ever since my younger years, I was always motivated by creative things and innovative minds. And starting Arc Digitech was a chance for me to channel my creativity. From then onwards, my primary focus has been on delivering high-quality content writing, marketing, and PR consultancy services to leading national and international companies.

 

Interviewer: In the current situation, the whole world is facing a crisis. Many businesses have gone through immense loss and many are merely continuing one day after another. Mr. Biswajit, how is your digital marketing agency being helpful to them in this difficult period?

Samrat Biswajit: Our company is focused on helping our clients and their brands to get past the hurdles this tech-savvy world presents. Our team is quite determined to provide high quality and impactful digital marketing services to ou4 clients amidst the escalating pandemic scenario.

 

 

Interviewer: Mr. Biswajit, people usually consider degrees and qualifications, and certain fields like digital marketing as separate entities. Was it the same for you? Or has your knowledge, in any way, helped you to move ahead in the path of life you have chosen?

Samrat Biswajit: I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Technology, so I have always had an upper hand when it comes to getting into the technicalities of things. My education and knowledge have helped me a great deal with diverse industries. It is because they all have one thing in common, and that is technology.

 

Interviewer: Mr. Biswajit, we all know your company is a preferable choice, not only in India,but in several countries. You must have to deal with several clients from different parts of the world everyday. Would you consider sharing how, apart from your excellent digital marketing and PR consultancy services, you manage to hold their trust?

Samrat Biswajit: Conversing and dealing with clients is an art in itself. Every one of them have their own expectations. You just need to discover their pain points and make sure, with your words as well as your services, that they are well looked after.

 

Interviewer: You started Arc Digitech about 8 years ago. And in these 8 years, the world digital marketing has seen quite a revolution. It has developed and grown at such a fast rate. As the co-founder and Managing Director of the leading digital marketing agency, how do you make sure that your company stays in the flow?

Samrat Biswajit: Changes are inevitable and necessary parts of our lives. And adaptation is the only way to survive. So I ensure that my company and all the employees are always ready to adapt and learn new things according to the changing marketing scenario.
