A court in Bihar has dismissed the case against eight film personalities, including Karan Johar, Salman Khan, Aditya Chopra, Sajid Nadiadwala, Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Bhushan Kumar, Ekta Kapoor and director Dinesh. Advocate Sudhir Kumar Ojha had alleged that the eight personalities conspired against Sushant, leading to his suicide, which he pleaded amounted to murder.

He had also filed a criminal complaint under Sections 306, 109, 504 and 506 of IPC. The case was however dismissed by Chief Judicial Magistrate Mukesh Kumar on terms that the matter lies outside of court's jurisdiction.

Ojha, however, is going to challenge the decision. "I will challenge the CJMs decision before the district court. Bihar is in pain over the death of Sushant Singh Rajput. We must act to bring those, who drove a jovial young man like him to take such an extreme step, to justice", he was quoted in a report by PTI.

"In the complaint, I have alleged that Sushant Singh Rajput was removed from around seven films and some of his films were not released. Such a situation was created which forced him to take the extreme step," the lawyer had previously told ANI.

For the uninitiated, Kangana Ranaut was also supposed to be a witness in the case. The actress called out a few Bollywood personaltiies in her video after Sushant Singh Rajput died by suicide in his Bandra home.
