Actor, TV host and fitness enthusiast Mandira Bedi broke her social media silence on Monday (July 6) after the demise of her husband, film producer Raj Kaushal. Bedi shared a photo on Instagram to remember Raj. On Tuesday (July 6), Mandira shared a heartbreaking post on Twitter to mourn her loss.

The actor shared a throwback photo where a goofy Raj could be seen embracing her as they got clicked. While sharing the photo, Mandira wrote, “#rip my Raji,” with a broken heart emoji. 

Mandira’s fans and friends sent prayers and condolences her way. Comedian Vira Das replied, “I am so sorry for your loss Mandira. Shivani and I are praying for you and your family. Love and strength to you.” TV actor Nandish Sandhu wrote, “God bless you with even more strength to take care of everyone in your family.”

On Monday, Mandira shared a set of photos where Raj and she can be seen enjoying a glass of wine while posing for the camera. She captioned the post with a heartbreak emoji. Filmmaker Raj Kaushal passed away on Wednesday, June 30 after suffering a heart attack. Raj is survived by his wife Mandira, son Vir and daughter Tara. The last rites of Raj Kaushal were performed by Mandira in Mumbai. Actors Ashish Chowdhry, Ronit Roy, Dino Morea and other celebrities were present at the filmmaker's funeral.
