The highly-anticipated 63rd Jio Filmfare Awards 2018 took place on January 20 in Mumbai. It was indeed a star-studded affair as the who’s who of Bollywood gathered together to celebrate the best works from the year 2017. The event, hosted by Shah Rukh Khan and his filmmaker friend Karan Johar, turned out to be more fun than expected. And as the event has concluded, we bring you the list of winners from the Filmfare awards night.
While some of the winners were predictable, the others took everyone by surprise. Hindi Medium bagged the Best Film at Filmfare Awards 2018 with Irrfan Khan (Hindi Medium) and Vidya Balan (Tumhari Sulu) winning the Best actor awards. Meanwhile, Mala Sinha and Bappi Lahiri were honoured with the Lifetime Achievement Awards. Interestingly, Jagga Jasoos, Tiger Zinda Hai, A Death In The Gunj, Bareilly Ki Barfi and Hindi Medium were the ones that swept away with most trophies.
