WATCH: Virat Kohli has a SPECIAL message for Holi which will make you think twice about your actions

Captain Kohli is spending his Holi travelling to Ranchi for the third Test of the ongoing series against Australia. But before he begins the journey, he posted an important message for his fans wishing them on the festival of colours.

Kohli has been an advocate of pet safety over the years. The skipper has a pet beagle named Bruno.

While wishing his fans all over the world, he also urged them to be considerate of their pets and not hurt the street animals by colouring them or throwing water balloons at them.

On Diwali in 2015, he supported girlfriend Anushka Sharma's initiative PAWsitive. The initiative aimed to spread the awareness about effects of noise on the pets during Diwali. Kohli recorded a message for fans then.

Kohli & Co will prepare for the third Test match to be played in Ranchi. The series is at level with India and Australia winning one match each.
