Filmmaker Ravi Chopra, who was hospitalised at the Breach Candy hospital here due to a lung ailment, has been discharged. A hospital source told IANS, "Chopra, who was hospitalised October 1 and later wheeled into the intensive care unit, but was discharged on October 26." The 66-year-old has been advised bed rest.
"Yes, he is back home, but his health condition is still the same. He is in complete bed rest," siad a source close to the family.
Son of late BR Chopra, Ravi is known for directing The Burning Train (1980), Aaj Ki Awaz (1984), Baghban (2003) and Baabul (2006) among others.
