Six of a family killed in road accident in Gujarat

Six persons of a family were killed when the car in which they were travelling collided with a private bus near Hanumangadh village in Ranavav tehsil of Porbandar district today.

The speeding luxury bus hit the car which was on the way to a village in Jamnagar district, said Ranavav police.

The bus was heading towards Porbandar from Jamnagar.

The accident took place on Ranavav-Dhanavad highway.

All six persons killed in the accident were from the same family in Porbandar. Five of them died on the spot, while another died in the hospital, police said.

The deceased were identified as Jaideep Sisodiya (24), Puriben Sisodiya (50), Ankit Sisodiya (16), Lakhiben Sisodiya (50), Savadhiben Sisodiya (50) and Ashwin Sisodiya (16).
