RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav on Wednesday attacked the Modi government and its ideology. He said that the next election will be between the ideology of Gandhi, Patel, Ambadkar versus that of Savarkar and Gowalkar. He said that BJP uses CBI in a vindictive fashion, however they have always refrained from doing so. When asked if they would also use CBI to attack its opposition, Tejashwi replied in the negative.

Tejashwi said that he had to quickly mature as a political operative owing to certain compulsions. RJD leader thanked his Nitish chacha for giving a chance to be the leader of the opposition in the state. Yadav said that RJD is now changing its election strategy based on the necessity of time. He gave example of bringing Lalu Prasad Yadav to social media for greater outreach.

Regarding possible PM face, Tejashwi Yadav said whoever becomes PM will be much better than incumbent Narendra Modi. Yadav said that that person won't be giving astronomical claims, won't promise 2 crore jobs per year. RJD leader said that BJP has 5-6 divisive agendas which they use for winning elections. Taking a jibe at PM Modi, Tejashwi said that people are no longer interested in 56 inches chest, but are more interested in actual delivery of work.

Yadav questioned how Nirav Modi was allowed to flee from the country. He also highlighted that currently condition of banks are extremely poor, even ATMs are dispensing fake notes.

About Nitish Kumar, Tejashwi said that his chacha won't be allowed to re-enter the grand alliance, as there is no guarantee that he would again make an u-turn after winning seats. Akhilesh Yadav alleged that not a single paisa of the Rs 1.25 lakh crore package promised by PM Modi has been given to Bihar.

Tejashwi quashed rumours about differences with his brother and blamed TV serials for media people to come up with such 'rumours'.

When questioned about his private life, Tejashwi Yadav said that he is under heightened scrutiny and hence even going for movies or to a restaurant is misinterpreted.
