There are always things that need to be understood, accepted: Milind Soman on the age gap with wife Ankita Konwar

Milind Soman, 53, is one the most handsome men in town, with women going gaga over him. 

The good-looking hunk has the world swooning over his good looks and lovely physique. 

Milind Soman, well known for his fitness pursuits across the globe, wears several hats, including that of a supermodel, actor, film producer, fitness promoter, avid marathon runner, and most importantly, a loving husband to wife Ankita Konwar. 

However, since the time he has married Ankita, 27, he has been in news, more often than not because of the age gap he and his wife share. 

After being at the receiving end of various trolls, Milind has finally opened up about the gap and more.

Milind Soman in an interview told The Week, "I do not really consider the age gap. Of course, two people are always different, in terms of age, background, experiences and culture. So there are always things that need to be understood and accepted. There are old habits that you have to unlearn to keep a relationship strong, positive and healthy. It is important to make your partner feel comfortable and help her achieve what she wants."

And what keeps the hunk busy?

Milind revealed, " I travel about 20 days a month. I started an event management company in 1989 and have been an event manager for almost 35 years. We do a lot of events. Then I have a startup which is into designing activewear for women. I have a company which makes energy bars. I am part of a foundation which does work on menstrual hygiene. All these keep me occupied all the time." 

Meanwhile, Milind Soman and Ankita Konwar have defied age stereotypes, and look like they are so much in love with each other!
