That Radhika Apte is a performer par excellence is something that's known to all. Be it her brilliant on-screen portrayals or her candid interviews, Radhika's always been spot on. But the talented heroine has been mired in controversies in the last one year.
Despite doing films like Hunterrr, Badlapur, The Mountain Man or the very recent Kabali, all of which were loved by audiences, the actress has grabbed headlines for more wrong reasons than right. Here are the controversies involving Radhika that shook Bollywood by a storm.
Nude selfie:
Earlier last year, some leaked nude images of a woman who looked like Radhika went viral on the Internet. The actress slammed all such stories and tweeted, "You guys! If you’re going to get someone to pass off as naked me, she needs to look a lot more like me.” [sic] But the twist in the tale was that she tweeted this days before her pictures were actually leaked. Some critics also stated that it was merely Radhika's ploy to garner some publicity before her film Badlapur hit theatres last year.
Video leak:
A few months after the pictures, a leaked video featuring Radhika started doing the rounds. In the video, Radhika could be seen undressing, exposing her private parts. Later, it was revealed that the short clip was a part of a film Radhika had done for Anurag Kashyap. The video shocked the entire nation and the online leak had left the filmmaker disturbed and angry.
Lovemaking scene leaked:
Now, another video has surfaced on the Internet, one which shows Radhika making love to Adil Hussain, in an intimate scene from her next film Parched. Produced by Ajay Devgn, the film is already garnering lot of accolades at the recently concluded IFF, Melbourne. The video that has leaked also shows Radhika in the nude. We wonder how this happens always with Radhika.
