The last time Salman Khan sang — Main Hoon Hero Tera — it became a rage. It was the highlight of his home production Hero that launched Sooraj Pancholi and Athiya Shetty. He, however, did not star in the film and the song played during the credits. It was essentially a promotional track.

Now, the superstar has sung another potential chartbuster Jag Ghumiya for his upcoming film Sultan. And this time, the song will be not only be picturised on him, but will be a part of the film.

Says a source, “Jag Ghumiya is a celebratory song in the film. Salman has already recorded the catchy number at Hard Rock Café. The song is composed by Vishal-Shekhar.”

Salman plays a Haryanvi wrestler in the film that is slated for Eid this year.

The film’s director, Syed Ahmad Afzal says, “Yes we had planned that Salman would sing the promotional song Pyar Mein Jo Bhi Karo on Randeep, but his schedule didn’t permit him to. There were a few prior commitments he had to complete and  he couldn’t record the song. This would have been a promo song.”
