In the realm of inspiring stories, the journey of Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers stands out, showcasing tales of dedication and hard work. One such example of inspiration is IAS officer Srushti Jayant Deshmukh, whose story showcases the spirit of determination.

Srushti was born on March 28, 1996, in Bhopal. Her father, an engineer, and her mother, a teacher, laid the foundation for her journey. Srushti studied at Carmel Convent School, securing a 10 CGPA in Class 10 and an impressive 93 per cent in Class 12. 

She later pursued an engineering degree while also preparing for the UPSC exam.

Srushti achieved a remarkable feat by securing the 5th rank in the UPSC exam in 2018. Notably, she decided that her first attempt would also be her last, showcasing the power of determination. Her success story serves as an inspiration to many, emphasising that with the right mindset and efforts, dreams can become reality.

Beyond her achievements in the administrative service, Srushti is also a writer. 

Her love story with fellow IAS officer Dr Nagarjuna B Gowda is amazing as well. She married him after dating for about two and a half years.

Her journey is a powerful reminder that regardless of one's background, dreams are achievable with the right mindset, attitude, and efforts.
