Adding a fillip to the Government?s Startup India program which aims to promote entrepreneurship, innovation and job creation, Aasaanjobs, one of India?s leading online recruitment marketplace connecting employers, consultants and job seekers for jobs across hierarchies in an organization, today announced the findings of its annual survey, titled Great Startups to work for in India, 2017.

?Over 400 startups were surveyed over a period of two months. Each company was judged on parameters like career development, work engagement, compensation, relationship management and work environment. The winning startups were Robolab Technologies, Fynd, 1mg.com, Elanic, Lybrate, Vidooly, DriveU, GetSetHome, SmartVizX, Testbook.com, UpGrad, Ithaka and Heads Up For Tails,? said CEO Aasaanjobs, Dinesh Goel.

Recruitment is a growing space in a country where 30 to 50 percent of employees are considering a job switch. Startups are high in demand amongst candidates, owing to the challenging atmosphere they offer, demand for candidates with not just the right skills and qualifications, but also the right attitude and mindset.
