CBSE Board Exams 2024: Private registrations set to begin today, check details

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is all set to begin the private registration for candidates appearing for the 2024 board exam today. Registration for both Class 10 and 12 will be done via CBSE's official website. The CBSE 2024 board exam will be held from February 2024. 

The CBSE private form can be filled out by the candidates who fall into the fail or compartment category and those who would prefer to sit for the exams as private candidates. 

Along with the main board exams in 2024, CBSE will also conduct the exams for private students from February to April 2024. CBSE has said that the subjects that are automatically rendered and made available on the CBSE website will be available to private students.

After the CBSE results are announced, applicants will obtain their marksheets and certificates for the exam in 2024. Candidates must also note that their eligibility will be determined by meeting the board’s eligibility requirements. 

Candidates must also pay the exam fee online using net banking, a debit card, or a credit card (both national and international). Offline payments, such as DD/ Postal Order/ Money Order/ Cheque, will not be accepted. 

CBSE has said that the class 10 and class 12 board exams for the academic year 2023-2024 will begin on February 15, 2024. The exam will end on April 10, 2024, after 55 days, as per CBSE.
