Bangladesh took an unlikely lead in the three-match T20I series against India after defeating host by seven wickets in the smog-hit Delhi.

Now for the 2nd T20I, India will be eying a comeback at Rajkot on Thursday.

However, with Cyclone Maha expected to hit Gujarat and overnight rain leaving the ground absolutely wet, India may have more than Bangladesh to deal with. According to The Times of India, there is a possibility of Cyclone Maha hitting the Gujarat coast.

Saurashtra Cricket Association (SCA) officials are hoping the threat will not be severe. “We are expecting light showers tomorrow morning too,’’ Niranjan Shah, the former BCCI secretary told the National daily.

As expected, heavy rains with strong winds lashed the city for more than half an hour on match eve, leaving the outfield absolutely wet.
