India's premier fast-bowler Ishant Sharma celebrated his 30th birthday on Sunday as Virat Kohli and Co battle England in the fourth Test in Southampton.
A seasoned campaigner, Ishant received many wishes from his peers on social media. From Sachin Tendulkar, to Yuvraj Singh, to VVS Laxman, to Hardik Pandya, several former and present Indian cricketers wished the lanky pacer a happy birthday.
The funniest message of the lot, surprisingly, came from the Master Blaster. Sachin wrote a tweet that loosely translated to this: "Ishant! You became so tall after plucking coconuts from trees. Only fitting that your birthday is celebrated on #WorldCoconutDay. Have a great one."

Ishant, who has played 85 Tests, 80 ODIs and 14 T20s for the country to date, has been in fine form over the past couple of season.
It's his efforts, along with those of Mohammed Shami, Jasprit Bumrah, Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Umesh Yadav, that have given the Indian cricket team one of the most potent pace batteries in the world.
