'Gunjan Saxena - The Kargil Girl' first look: Janhvi Kapoor aims for the sky

Karan Johar has unveiled the first look of Janhvi Kapoor starrer Gunjan Saxena - The Kargil Girl, and Janhvi aims for the sky in this look. Along with the first look, Karan Johar also revealed the tagline of the film. It is something that Gunjan Saxena was told - 'Ladkiyan Pilot Nahi Banti'.

Dressed in a multi-coloured (Green, white, yellow, red and black) sweater, Janhvi Kapoor has dreams in her eyes. Filled with joy, she is ready to release a paper plane into the sky in this first look. Janhvi dons a wavy haired look for the photo.

Sharing this first look of adorable Janhvi, Karan Johar took to Instagram and wrote, "She was told ki ladkiyan pilot nahin banti...but she stood her ground and wanted to fly! Gunjan Saxena - #TheKargilGirl, releasing on 13th March, 2020."

Directed by Sharan Sharma and produced by Dharma Productions in association with Zee Studios, Gunjan Saxena - The Kargil Girl also stars Pankaj Tripathi, Angad Bedi, Vineet Kumar and Manav Vij in pivotal roles. The movie is slated to release on March 13, 2020.
