Well, the antagonist of 'Tiger 3' had not been finalised when the news of the two A-list stars set for kicking off the shoot of the upcoming film in March, broke. But seems like the film's producers have finally made up their mind on who to cast as the villain.

But seems like the film's producers have finally made up their mind on who to cast as the villain.
While it was reported back then that Yash Raj Films, the producers, wanted to cast someone relatively new to the 'villain' genre just like they did with Sajjad Delafrooz in 'Tiger Zinda Hai', seems like they have found the perfect match for the role.
Now, sources have confirmed to DNA that actor Emraan Hashmi will be playing the antagonist in Salman Khan-Katrina Kaif's 'Tiger 3'.
While nothing much has been revealed about the plot of the film, last year Salman Khan wished his fans 'Eid Mubarak' with a rather cryptic image and got fans excited thinking the actor is soon going to give an update about 'Tiger 3'.
In both Kabir Khan's 'Ek Tha Tiger' and Ali Abbas Zafar's 'Tiger Zinda Hai', a scarf played an important part of Salman Khan's character. Thus, Salman wishing Eid Mubarak with a scarf covering his face, had fans believing that 'Tiger 3' announcement is on its way.
And though no official announcement of the film has been made as yet, media reports have it that the film will take off from where Shah Rukh Khan starter 'Pathan' will conclude given Salman has a cameo in the film.
This is not the first time Salman and Katrina will come together for a movie. They have previously played the lead pair in 'Yuvvraaj', 'Partner', 'Maine Pyaar Kyun Kiya', 'Ek Tha Tiger' and 'Tiger Zinda Hai'.
